Resolved that the minutes of the meeting held on 29th September 2022 were a true and accurate record and signed by the chair
Staff have all received their wages/salaries for September and October.
ACAS no longer involved as no further action required.
Action Cllr. R Pearson to inform YLCA of developments to date regarding the above. Actioned 26/10/22
Resolved unanimously to engage the services of an accountancy firm – one hour per month for 6 months to undertake payroll management only with immediate effect. To be reviewed after 6 months.
Action Cllr R Pearson to confirm appointment with accountancy firm
Resolved unanimously to increase the hours of employment of a Cemetery Clerk from 7 to 15 hrs per week, with review at 3 months. To be advertised ASAP
Agreed to review the job description to include elements of administrative duties where applicable.

The forms have been submitted to SLCC.
Agreed staffing requirements as follows:
30 hours Clerk
15 hours Admin Officer
15 hours Cemetery Clerk
To ensure competence of RFO in preparation of payroll, budgets, precept and any other financial aspects of council administration.
If necessary to consider engaging services of accountancy firm to ensure continuity of council administration.
Action Cllr R Pearson to contact Wigginton Parish Clerk for help with job description and adverts for Clerk and Admin Roles
